Before the RV journey – my “journey of exploration”, and a journey to photograph the landscape, and to teach – I had operated as Stephen Milano Photography. I was an Atlanta GA event and portrait photographer –
You can find that work on my website at Stephen Milano Photography

Back then, I described my passion in the following way:
For over thirty-five years photography has been part of my life. Now, as my tagline says, I photograph “the unique moments that define lives, stories, and legacies”. I believe everyone has a story to tell; something to celebrate; a special moment to share. I enjoy photographing all of it!
Initially my passion for photography centered on capturing compelling landscape images. I loved photographing beautiful places and sharing images with others to inspire them to get outdoors! A while ago, it evolved into photographing those special times in peoples’ lives as well as those special people! Today my photography combines an ability to “see”; a knowledge and understanding of light, color, and composition; an ability to connect with virtually anyone; and, an ability to tell a story.
I tell folks that Stephen Milano Photography is my “second act” in the “people business”. I spent nearly thirty years on Wall Street in institutional sales and sales management. Now, I can say I’m still in the people business-I’ve had the privilege of having shot executives as well as models; children and families; the young and the young at heart. The click-by-click of the camera shutter is a refreshing change from the tick-by-tick experience on Wall Street.
What has not changed is my passion for connecting to others and a strong commitment to personal service and professionalism. Now, instead of investment advice, my focus with people is to collaborate, create, and capture images that are timeless and lasting; that become part of your history; that tell the story of your life with photographs.
I would love to tell your story; capture the relationships in your family; celebrate with you when success arrives; or, photograph you when you simply never looked better!!
